Beginning with his first software sale at the age 15, Jim has devoted more than 35 years to the technology business. Currently he is CEO of GuestDNA, creator of a guest engagement platform that provides insight into consumer behavior to increase revenue and strengthen customer loyalty. Jim has also led SIVA Corporation, developer of the first enterprise-enabled restaurant POS; Apigent Solutions, an early business analytics ASP; and point-of-sale leader Compris, where he joined forces with IBM to create that company’s first commercial touchscreen POS. Jim’s products have been installed at more than 125,000 sites worldwide.
