Eight years ago he opened Jimmy’z Kitchen in South Beach – pioneering the concept of the Chef-inspired fast casual in South Florida. In 2010 he opened his second location in the Wynwood Arts District with an extensive selection of craft beers and wines. The past two years has seen the concept grow with two more restaurants.
