*Booths are open during the entirety of the event. However, please note that this is not a tradeshow and we encourage our sponsors to participate in sessions alongside our attendees, regardless of whether or not you have a sponsor table (please reference your agreement for clarification).

Please download and use the shipping labels below. Using these labels helps ensure we place your packages in the appropriate areas at the event. Packages may arrive to the hotel beginning October 2, 2023.

• Swag items arriving after October 6 may not make it into the swag bags.
• Please note that additional handling fees from the hotel may incur.
• After the event, exhibitors are responsible for making pick-up arrangements for outbound shipments. There is a UPS location inside the hotel.
