*Booths are open during the entirety of the event. However, please note that this is not a tradeshow and we encourage our sponsors to participate in sessions alongside our attendees, regardless of whether or not you have a sponsor table/booth (please reference your agreement for clarification).

Any additional costs (specialty electric, labor, etc.) associated with your table or booth space will be paid by the sponsor. If you have equipment that needs extra power, please contact Augie Menos at augie.menos@encoreglobal.com.

Please use the applicable labels attached to ensure we place your packages in the appropriate areas at the Summit. Packages may arrive to the hotel beginning Wednesday, October 9. 

Shipping Notes:

• Please use the Swag label for items going into the attendee swag bags. For swag going to your exhibitor table, please use the Table label.
• Additional receiving and handling fees from the hotel or on-site FedEx office may incur.
• After the event, exhibitors are responsible for making pick-up arrangements with their preferred carriers.
