Join us for another “BIG Idea” session with Jordan Doepke, the CEO of Green District as he shares his exciting PE backed growth strategy succeeding with a team much leaner than most operators. From humble beginnings discovering Green District, a healthy signature salad concept with a massive following, Jordan’s team created a powerful location growth model – from a single location to twenty-five (and beyond)! Through the use of smart technology, coupled with real estate brokers, in-house development and construction expertise, all the way through opening in new markets, there’s a great deal to learn – how do you collaborate easily and grow with a leaner team? Get a front row seat and find out!

Taj Adhav | CEO | Leasecake
After starting as a Big Four CPA, Taj Adhav managed more than $2 billion in commercial real estate and new business launches over a decade at Disney Development Company and as an Imagineer launching Disney Cruise Line, and Disney Vacation Club. Transitioning into technology, Taj became an early hire at Channel Intelligence eventually leading business development to launch Channel Intelligence as a SaaS data platform which later was sold to Google for $125 million. Recognizing the opportunity to transform the market where everyone in business owns or leases real estate, Leasecake was born. Tenants, brokers, and landlords desperately needed a way to collaborate, share data, and keep track of business-critical events.
Jordan Doepke | CEO | Green District
Jordan Doepke left the insurance business to co-found Green District Salads in Louisville, Kentucky with childhood friend Chris Furlow, inspired to improve lives and help people live healthier. Doepke is chief executive officer for the rapidly growing chopped salad concept, overseeing the brand’s strategic direction, restaurant operations, and corporate partnerships. His passion is to put people first, ensuring Green District not only serves fresh, high-quality food, but also provides a positive impact for its customers, employees and communities. With nine locations currently operating in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio, Green District has plans to expand to 30 units nationally by the end of 2022, as part of a major expansion plan partially funded through an investment from Louisville-based The Castellan Group, with a goal of reaching $100 million in revenue in 2026.
