Beyond her corporate roles, Rachael's influence extends into the education sphere, where she has championed instructional design and second language acquisition. Her first company, ESL Works, brought industry-relevant English training to kitchen staff via SMS text message. Widely respected in the res-tech space, Rachael is a public speaker, sharing her insights and expertise as a tech leader, restaurant veteran, and educator.

Nipun Sharma is the Co-Founder and CEO of Appetronix, a company building fully autonomous robotic restaurants that cook made-to-order meals with zero on-site staff, 24/7. In June 2025, Appetronix launched first-in-market in the US with Donatos Pizza at Columbus International Airport, operated by HMSHost. Nipun brings 17+ years of leadership in restaurants and food manufacturing, having managed 10+ brands across QSR and full-service concepts as a former COO of global public restaurant chains. Before moving into food and beverage, he built a Wall Street career in investment banking and private equity. He is a McGill University graduate. Nipun speaks to the real-world deployment of AI and robotics in food service, not as a future concept, but as something operating today.
