Erin Levzow is a 20 year veteran and dynamic motivational speaker having worked in multiple industries. Most recently she was the Chief Marketing Officer for Musuem of Ice Cream. Prior to her MOIC role, she was the Vice President of Marketing Technology for Del Taco Restaurants. Recently Erin was awarded Top 25 Future is Female Award by Advertising Week New York as well as in 2023 CMO of the Year, 2023 MarComms Most Influential and Global MarTech Leader of the Year Awards. Prior to Del Taco, Erin was the CMO for Marcus Hotels & Resorts. Levzow has served as vice president of customer relationship marketing (CRM), loyalty and marketing for Hathway in Austin, Texas, a customer service experience company specializing in helping billion-dollar brands develop mobile-first strategies. Levzow’s extensive marketing and digital experience also includes serving as senior director of digital, social, CRM and e-commerce for Wingstop Restaurants in Dallas, Texas.
Vladivoj "Fox" Lisica | Head of Global Information Technology | Dickey’s Barbecue Pit
Vladivoj Lisica Fox joined the Dickey's off-shore technology and development team in 2021, thinking he would only be the team's HR assistant. The universe, however, is fickle, so today he manages about fifty people across diverse software development and support teams, coordinates projects, and partners closely with everyone in Dickey's to drive tech and other activities. Outside of this life, Fox has a Master's degree in English and IT Education, has worked as a translator for a decade, had a fun temporary gig as a radio host, writes and hosts pub quizzes, has been doing social media and event management for his favorite pub since 2018, organized a sci-fi convention for twenty years, and is an avid gamer. He survives on coffee, sarcasm, and crude humor.
Max Sheets | Founder & CEO | Chick N Max
No stranger to the restaurant industry, Max Sheets got his start as a teenager scraping cheese off pans in a Pizza Hut kitchen. In the early 2000s – after having already spent 23 years in real estate and development for such brands as Lone Star Steakhouse and Saloon, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Smashburger and Ted’s Montana Grill – he began mulling over the idea of a franchise concept that would accommodate the ever growing movement towards red meat alternatives. In 2017, he founded Chick N Max, a next generation fast casual franchise specializing in almond wood smoked chicken and wings, chef-crafted sandwiches and golden fried tenders.
