Jack Biebel founded Ggiata with his two best childhood friends, Noah Holton-Raphael and Max Bahramipour, after they moved to Los Angeles together in 2018 and missed the neighborhood delis they grew up with in New Jersey. At Ggiata, Jack drives all things related to business, finance, growth, and technology. Ggiata reimagines the East Coast deli through a California lens, serving high-quality, Italian-style sandwiches, wraps, salads, sides, and pastries made with care and the best local ingredients. They now have 7 stores across Los Angeles, and their goal is to become THE neighborhood deli of Southern California over the next few years.

Luis Martinez-Moure is the Co-founder & CEO of Patty, the AI brain for restaurants. Before Patty, he spent more than four years at DoorDash working across restaurant supply chain, pricing, and growth, after working on fulfillment strategy and finance at Instacart. Across both companies, Luis saw firsthand how technology can transform physical industries - but only when it isn't naive about the everyday complexity of the real world. He and his cofounder started Patty because they believe in the true promise of AI: technology that actually understands the complexity of restaurants, continuously learns, and will ultimately help operators create businesses that run themselves.
