A lifelong restaurant operator, Keller has created management and employee training programs; a monthly QSC inspection program; as well as developed and implemented a food truck program. His Off-Premise experiences includes heading up an established program at Boston Market, which catapulted him into leading a brand-new program at Which Wich.

Deena McKinley is the Chief Marketing Officer for New England Authentic Eats LLC, parent company to Papa Gino’s Pizzeria and D’Angelo Grilled Sandwiches, two of New England’s most iconic restaurant brands. With nearly 20 years’ experience in marketing and advertising for national, regional and local multi-unit restaurant businesses, Deena was recruited to produce aggressive turnaround results in 2019 for nearly 150 locations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut and Maine; already delivering double digit lifts in sales and transactions in the first part of the year by harnessing consumers’ passion for these local brands, leveraging transaction level data, increasing digital presence, and developing integrated marketing programs focused on building loyalty databases.

Zach Goldstein is a die-hard Sacramento Kings fan; it was through many losing seasons where he first learned the value of loyalty. He founded Thanx in 2011 with the goal of helping merchants identify, reward and retain their best customers / die-hard fans.
