With humble roots as a late night food trailer, team ADP got their start pressing panini for the show goers and bar patrons of the Red River Cultural District. With an insatiable hunger for big, bold, Texas sized flavor and all things sandwich the team partnered with Executive Chef Reed Faitak in the summer of 2012 and took the leap to a brick and mortar operation. With the advent of a tiny, yet proper kitchen, Chef Reed and his team found their culinary calling by way of the classic Mexican sandwich, the Torta. Fresh baked Telera Rolls were the perfect platform for Chef Reeds’ endless creativity and unique approach to balancing classic and contemporary flavors and techniques. A Chef’s approach to sandwiches was born, and as they say, the rest is history.
Baby Greens is a deliciously innovative fast food concept. We serve fresh, made-to-order salads and salad wraps to go. There is a meat version and a vegetarian version of all of our menu items, making us a great fit for carnivores, vegetarians, and vegans. Our other menu items include soup of the day, specialty drinks, and a wide selection of housemade dressings. In 2016, Brian and Ryan, the longtime owner/operators of Austin’s Thunderbird Coffee, became inspired to start a breakfast and lunch restaurant that would delight Austinites. As they were both completely obsessed with sandwiches and biscuits, the idea quickly turned to starting a restaurant that focused exclusively on biscuit sandwiches. Easier said than done! What started as a dream became a two and a half year journey into the Biscuit. Consulting with a noted Austin Biscuit Whisperer and with a lot of help from longtime industry friends, Chef Brian perfected a biscuit for sandwiches. It is everything you love about biscuits AND holds together so it can be eaten as the Lord of Sandwich intended: with your hands! Bird Bird Biscuit’s mission is to bring joy to Austin one biscuit sandwich at a time.
Inspired by great fresh ingredients, our small neighborhood bakery on a corner in downtown Chicago began creating artisan breads and freshly baked sweets. And upon a little success, neighbors began to ask us for sandwiches made with that fabulous bread, followed by homemade soups and salads, and even made-to-order scramblers. Our guests’ requests continued to inspire us as our bakery’s menu and business grew. Today, we continue to fulfill the needs and desires of our neighbors with a menu of ingredient-inspired, prepared-to-order food. When you visit our cafe, you’ll see real kitchens in place of assembly lines. You’ll hear the chopping of over 40 types of fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables, and the sizzle of our real panini grill. You’ll see the stove’s open flame and feel the warmth from our ovens working all day long. They’re the traditions we established years ago that we still passionately follow today.

Velvet Taco is a first-of-its-kind concept serving globetrotting flavors in a unique and funky fast-casual setting. Founded in 2011 in Dallas, TX with the idea that tacos do not have to be inspired only by Tex-Mex cuisine. Velvet Taco draws from a broad sampling of international taste influences to create tacos and other menu items that are as memorable as they are delicious. Each week, guests can sample a new and exotic pairing atop a tortilla as part of the restaurant’s Weekly Taco Feature (#WTF). The all-day menu features scratch-made everything, including corn tortillas, slowly roasted rotisserie meats and corn, fresh fruit margaritas and a signature red velvet cake for dessert. And the newly added brunch menu includes clever twists on favorites like the Chicken and Waffle Taco. Valerie Hanson joined Ali Group North America in November 2016 as National Accounts Manager where she bridged many relationships both inside and outside of the company. Currently, Valerie holds the role as National Accounts Manager & Regional Sales Manager for Beverage-Air, an Ali Group Company. In this dual role, Valerie works with manufacturers’ representatives, dealers, distributors, and foodservice consultants, while also developing and cultivating relationships within the national accounts community and reports directly to Erica Motes, Vice President of Sales. Valerie Hanson holds a B.S. Degree from The Art Institute of California and recently earned her Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP) certification.

Meg Rose is Vice President of Field Operations for Firehouse Subs of America where she oversees operations and compliance for the 970+ unit, fast casual restaurant chain. A leader with more than 27 years of restaurant industry experience with some of the largest chain concepts in the nation, Meg joined Firehouse Subs in 2007 as Franchise Business Manager. Meg’s monumental accomplishments and passion for serving others earned her the 2011 Culture Award for her work on behalf of the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation. In 2015 Meg was named as one of the Women of Influence by the Jacksonville Business Journal.
