This session will feature execs from older brands that have recently remodeled or redesigned their customer experience from new layouts and technology upgrades to hybrid service models.
Jim Butler | President | Jon Smith Subs
Jim Butler has worked in the franchising industry for almost 30 years. His career in the industry started as the Marketing Representative for Signarama in Farmingdale, NY. He was promoted to Regional Vice President developing over 150 Signarama locations in Arizona and California. Most recently serving as Director of Sales for five years, overseeing the sales for the United Franchise Group brands in the U.S. and Australia. Jim is currently the President of Jon Smith Subs along with Division Leader and Director of Sales for the Food Division.
Stacey Kane | Restaurant Marketing Consultant
Stacey Kane has more than 25 years of experience working with multi-unit restaurant chains as a Head of Marketing and Marketing Consultant. She has worked with such brands as California Tortilla, Think Food Group, Subway and East Coast Wings. Known for her incredible creativity and obsession with data she was one of the pioneers of using social media in the restaurant space and was named a Top 20 Movers and Shakers by Fast Casual Magazine three times. Currently, Stacey is a fractional CMO for several fast casual brands including and works as a marketing consultant for CORE: Children of Restaurant Employees a non-profit that serves food and beverage employees with children.
Tom Krouse | President & CEO | Donatos
Tom Krouse has been part of the Donatos Family since 2000, serving in various leadership roles. In October 2010, Krouse was named President and CEO, to become only the fourth CEO in the company’s 55-year history. In this role, he oversees the company’s restaurant business as well as Jane’s Dough Premium Foods, the consumer products division featuring The Sonoma Flatbreads brand.
