Kigo Asian Kitchen is a chain of fast-casual, Asian-inspired restaurants specializing in quick, fresh, and authentic wok-fired rice and noodle bowls, freshly made salads, savory sandwiches, and gourmet beverages all crafted-to-order from only the finest ingredients.
Marination started with a truck in 2009, some exquisite marinades, and a lotta love. Since then Marination has expanded to three fast casual restaurants, a full service restaurant called Super Six, a fleet of mobile vehicles and corporate catering. Marination’s Hawaiian-Korean cuisine melts delicate heat and the flavors of aloha together in your mouth.

Sweet Iron is a local family-owned business that offers waffles from the city of Liege, Belgium with a variety of sweet and savory toppings. Sweet Iron has two locations – downtown Seattle and Capitol Hill. Liege waffles are made from a yeast dough, and are denser than other Belgian waffles. Belgian pearl sugar gives the waffles a distinctive sweetness and carmelization. Sweet Iron makes their waffles and toppings with all natural ingredients. Sweet Iron also serves espresso and, at the Capitol Hill location, beer, wine and mimosas. Sweet Iron offers catering services and private parties at its locations.

Valerie Hanson | National Accounts Manager & Regional Sales Manager | Beverage-Air
Valerie Hanson joined Ali Group North America in November 2016 as National Accounts Manager where she bridged many relationships both inside and outside of the company. Currently, Valerie holds the role as National Accounts Manager & Regional Sales Manager for Beverage-Air, an Ali Group Company. In this dual role, Valerie works with manufacturers’ representatives, dealers, distributors, and foodservice consultants, while also developing and cultivating relationships within the national accounts community and reports directly to Erica Motes, Vice President of Sales. Valerie Hanson holds a B.S. Degree from The Art Institute of California and recently earned her Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP) certification.
Meg Rose | VP, Field Operations | Firehouse Subs of America
Meg Rose is Vice President of Field Operations for Firehouse Subs of America where she oversees operations and compliance for the 970+ unit, fast casual restaurant chain. A leader with more than 27 years of restaurant industry experience with some of the largest chain concepts in the nation, Meg joined Firehouse Subs in 2007 as Franchise Business Manager. Meg’s monumental accomplishments and passion for serving others earned her the 2011 Culture Award for her work on behalf of the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation. In 2015 Meg was named as one of the Women of Influence by the Jacksonville Business Journal.
